Many times they tell me, without realizing it, that the things that have kept them smoking, like needing a break at work, have nothing to do with nicotine.
That is why hypnosis can be so powerful in helping people stop smoking. It helps them unconsciously create alternative ways to accomplish what they been trying to get through the smoking. And once they’ve done that, the urge to smoke disappears.
