Hypnosis can be thought of as an altered state of consciousness in which interesting and useful abilities can be transferred into specific times and places, allowing us to erase old habits, build replacement habits that are just as automatic and, more importantly create generative change. A good analogy is the clipboard in the windows program: A hypnotherapist can copy playfulness from a childhood memory and add it to our way of enjoying our work, for example.
My philosophy is simple. I believe that if I can meet your needs, then you owe it to yourself to meet with me and decide for yourself. If I can't meet your needs, we will go our separate ways, and you will at least have had an interesting conversation.Wesley Anderson
